Working Man
Hello my name is Mark, I live in Harper's Ferry WV, and have been reading and watching
this forum for quite some time. I have been a big a fan of British bikes, since i was in my
early 20's (used to ride a BSA). My
son Kennedy, is now 16, and wants get on two
wheels. Have been working hard to find a project we can both work on, and finally
stumbled upon the magical world of XS 650's. So a few days ago we signed up to Irish
Prick's bike build-off in the rider class. And last night we drove to Baltimore, MD, and
we pick up a 1982 XS 650 basket case...I'm not a bike mechanic by any means, but i
have wrenched at a Chrysler dealership for 20 years (thank god i don't do that any
more). I'm now involved in green energy field working on large generators. Here is the
bike...
Thanks for reading hope to hear from you guys!
