Help needed

Ok brothers finally got it started. But when I crank it. It goes fun throttle. Things to try??

What carbs are those?
Do you have full range of motion on the cables?
Are the butterflies/slides closing all the way?
Have you tried adjusting the idle screw?
Is the choke operating properly?
Have you played with the idle mixture?
Are they sitting level?
Are the floats adjusted properly?

It goes fun throttle. --- if that is " full throttle "
The first thing to do is close Both butterfly valves .
Because it cant go full throttle without air and gas enough.
