honda rebel /xs650 1/2 breed

I picked up a



complete 80 xs650 for a 100 bucks . I had this 87 Honda rebel someone gave to me for free ! I have looking around at built xs to get an idea on what way to go . Seems like there isn't to many =



xs with fender strut setup like the Harley softtail look . I took the back half parts =



from the rebel frame an grafted them on the xs650 . This is in fab stage , 1 side strut is welded up . Going to run the rebel gas tank with some short apes . Tiny frame mount seat . This is gonna be a low budget build for sure .... Chop what ya got !

Looks good. Keep track of what the total cost is once it is finished. It would be interesting to know. What is the condition of the motor. Did it run. The price is right for shore.

I have 3 of these xs under the chopping block at once . Should be around a grand finished

well got the rebel struts modified with the fender .need to change bars and tank up . lots of fab work still

Well as summer winds down , back onto my 1/2 breed project. Try an get motor down over winter months . Most of the fab work is now down
