I need a measurement... some with a 21" front wheel

What I am looking for is from the center of the front axle to the bottom of the head tube. I need to shorten a springer. Remember, I need this measurement at ride height... if you are hardtailed with a 16" rear that is even better. A pic of the bike you are measuring would be great too.... man I ask alot. Thanks

since bottom of the head tube is kind of vague, I measured 20" from the center of the bottom front engine mount bolt to the center of the axle. Forks have been shortened about 2.5".
