A bit of background
My friend gave me these years ago to put on my XS360. I never used em then and now I know they were too big anyways. My buddy was/is really into snomobile racing so I can only assume that they were used on 2-stroke sleds. I dug em out a while back and finally got into them yesterday. They have 34A stamped on them. I cleaned them up and pulled the main jet and saw that its a 220, no idea on the pilot. Weird thing is that there is no fuel enricher (choke) on them and it seems that where the plunger would be located is blocked off. What are these things and can I use em on my 74?

Not sure just what those are; they look a little different than my VM36s. Not sure if 2 stroke carbs would work in a 4 stroke, but they might be worth a try. And I'd think you'll need that enrichener circuit.

I've been around snowmobiles since the mid 70's. I never seen a vm mik sled carb that didn't have the enrichner cicuit, but that being said, a lot of sleds used a primer. That little hole on the engine side of the slide is probably for a primer fitting

They may be 34s and they may work but you'll probably need to change ALL the brass including the needle. You may also need different size float needle seats. 2 strokes use a lot of gas and sometimes their carbs have bigger float needle seats so they flow and fill the bowls faster. Also, you have 2 left handed carbs there so adjusting the idle speed on the right one will be difficult once mounted.

How about a top view. The enrichener casting is there, but you don't show the top-is it not machined, or has a plug/cap screwed in it?

That rear hole is likely for oil injection.
