I'm trying to work this out before I get home to play.
I have inlet manifolds for my '81 with the barbs on them. Currently they are capped off.
My question is. If I get some fuel line and join one to the other what would that do? I have even heard of people joining the oil breather tube to these two barbs. (That one I don't understand at all)

Anyone?

use real vacuum hose (the thick stuff), fuel line will collaspe, it helps balance between the carbs kind of like the yamaha YCIS (yamaha controlled induction system) the early 256 engines had interconnects cast into the heads, routing the breather into the intakes "might" help with emissions like routing the breather into the airbox but I'd pass on that if you're using cone filters
