I was looking for an oversize piston for my 82 XT250, and was actually googling TT250, as that model had half a point higher CR than the XT. And I found these on eBay:

The fact that they list the same piston for XT, TT and SR models, makes me a little sceptical. TT has higher CR, SR came with a smaller bore on some models (maybe 73 mm)
