Interchangeable rear rim with XT250?

I cannot find any reference, looks like it might? Can you lace up an 18" 36 spoke rear rim from an XT250 to the XS rear drum wheel?

I want something straight-lace-able D) without re-drilling the rim, etc...

Thanks... I got a lotta newbiness to get rid of.....
