Yes, that is the correct nozzle (needle jet) o-ring part number. They can be hard to put on if you have big fingers. Find a little girl to do it for you -- I'm serious. Also a little grease -- preferably Sil-Glyde, which is the only grease I know of that is specifically rubber-parts compatible -- will make the o-ring go on the nozzle easier, and will make the nozzle/o-ring assembly go into the carb body easier.
