I'm a new member of the Xs650 Forum, getting a 2011 XS650 Custom on 1 September, The bike only has 950 miles on the odometer so I guess we will both be getting broken in. I rode for twenty years and then stopped for 20 years, so I am getting the XS650 to get my riding skills back again. Longest trip I ever made was Tucson, Az to Jamesville, Wisconsin and back in 1987. On a yellow 1977 Goldwing pulling a trailer and my wife behind me. I learned a Kidney Belt could add 200 miles to a days ride. Well that's about it, thanks.

First off, welcome to the site.

You'll find that the bike that this site is dedicated to were not manufactured past the early 80's. Looks like you have yourself a XVS65AB, and from the looks of your pictures, a sharp example. I also own a 2004 Road Star Warrior, a 1700cc power-crusier version of yours. I'm sure you will enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.
