Keihin PWK issue

I bought a set of PWK's off a buddy that barely used them, when I turn on the fuel i get a bunch of gas coming out of the little hole on the side of the float bowl, only on one carb though. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

You will need to read mrriggs and big pup's threads.

Stuck float from being moved around. Had the same issue with mine. Pull the bowl off and tap the float loose. Put the bowl back on and give Er.

I have the same problem but also i bought the kit off of Mikes XS and it revs fine but tends to not come down? Idles fine and throttles fine but when riding at say 4000rpm then i let go of the throttle and it seems to snap back fine but it stays at 4000. Ill check for stuck float on mine.

Sounds like your slides are sticking. That's a major problem with those carbs, well, one of them anyway, lol.

Also check that the cable is indeed returning correctly.

The 1into 2 cable provided is ok at best and should be replaced by 2 single cables for best operation.
