Before installing new swing arm bushings, clean the paint or in my case, powder coating, off the end of the swinger. I had to file a fair amount of material off the outer face of the bushing to get clearance. I hope it doesn't break.
eventually, just might have the powder coat break up,,then you'd have maybe too much clearence.
You can always shim later. Keep an eye on it after some riding time.
When installing the swing arm needle bearing conversion kit on my newly powder coated swing arm I couldn't get it to fit into the frame until I removed coating from the outer edge with my dremel and then it was fine.
