I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to replace the plastic elbow on the bottom of a '72 float bowl that the overflow tube attaches to. I have one that is broken off at the bend so there is no way to attach the tube. I thought bout just trying to drill a hole up from the bottom, and attaching a larger diameter tube over the plug, but would rather replace it.
The parts manual does not list this as a part of the float bowl. Just figured that if the carb is overflowing for some reason, I'd rather have the tube diverting the fuel someplace below the exhaust rather than onto the top of the engine case.
