I'd like to have dual disc brake on my 1983 xs650 Heritage special. anyone have needed parts for sale? Rotor, Left Caliper, Master Cylinder for Dual set up.
Thanks, Keith
I have a very nice left-side caliper.
The left and right-side rotors are the same. I have them too.
I think the stock master cylinder, if used with stainless braided lines, will be good. This might be a good topic for another thread.
PM me if you want the caliper and rotor.
An XS1100 master cylinder will function exactly as the stock one does with a single caliper. The same wooden feel. Using the stock master will result in a longer pull. You're good as long as the pull doesn't reach the grip. It should give you a better feel.
