Looking for rear disc adapters for an aftermarket swingarm?

Has anyone made these and would be willing to make/sell me a set?

I haven't purchased the rim yet, but looking for a spoked rim in the rear. I love the Motolana swingarm, but there are no mounts for a rear disc. Has anyone used a Super Motard swing arm or dirt bike?
