Louisiana Reg and Lic requirements

I might be moving to Louisiana. Anybody know if its difficult to register old bikes? Do you need title or is it easy to obtain one?

ALso, how difficult is it to get your license down there. My wife wants to ride again and I'm trying to decide if she should get it before we move from Minnesota or after we arrive in Louisiana.

Make sure you have ALL your paperwork a Title and a Bill of Sale . I would make sure have everything before you leave MN.
