Making a foot control for my tig.

I decided to make one because of the cost... Things are high!.... I should only have about 30 to 40 bucks in this when done.. Most of the materials was dug out of a scrap bin.... I'm recycling, doing my part..

Wow that is impressive, how's it work? How do you weld a welder foot pedal?

Finished the pedal this morning... Works great! I got about $34 in it.... I had to buy a potentiometer, couple of springs, and a plug. The rest was recycled parts...... I also have about 5-1/2 to 6 hrs in it.....

ide box it in to protect the guts, but use lucite to show off your work. cool, man
