Master cylinder switch

I switch my stock master cylinder to a Yamaha Raptor master cylinder on my 79 special. My question is how do I wire up the brake switch? Both wires on the raptor switch are black and the origional wires are green/yellow and a brownish. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Color doesn't mater. Its a switch. Power goes in and then out. Wire one to one and the other to the other.
