Maxim Frame same as XS650 Frame??

Is there any difference between the Maxim 650 ('82) and XS650 Frame ('79)? I have the opportunity to buy a Maxim Frame with title to replace my XS650 non-titled frame,

Entirely different, but the numbers will stamp! The Maxim is a 4 cylinder.
