'83 Heritage Spec' just got Mike's 17-6803 coil, red is POS, orange Neg ???????

This is an 82 but shoukld be the same as an 83

Doesn't matter. No polarity to the ignition coil in reality.

When you mount that coil, cut the plastic off of the ends for better heat transfer.

Thanks for the tip Pete. Have time to do so as this morning I'm back into it.

Still no spark. Left side cover will come off and it's into the pickup. Damn I hope thats the prob'. 2 TCI's and no spark. It's gotta' be the PU, it's gotta' be, it's gotta' be, it's gotta...........
