MikesXS/Heiden tuning Baffle dimensions?

Would anyone be able to give me the basic outside dimensions for the MikeXS baffle 07-0115?

I have MikesXS stainless headpipes with torque inserts mated to EMGO reverse cone shorties stuffed with fibreglass yet the authorities will not pass my xs650 for road worthy. It is loud, something like a HD on drag pipes, good for a while but a headache on a long run so I am after a more permanent solution that will shush it a bit but not affect performance.

The problem's easily fixed, rude. For some reason Emgo delivers those megs without adequate packing. If you pull the baffles and wrap the cores all the way up with new glass, the megs will quiet down nicely.
 
Thanks grizld, so a re pack will do the trick? I bought some muffler packing and removed the end cones, any tricks for getting those baffles out? they seem to be well stuck

Never had a problem pulling mine, rude. If they're in there tight, just fire up the motor with the end caps off and crack the throttle a few times.
