MK6 Production Shots at Voodoo Vintage

Hey fellas! It's about 1:00 a.m. here in the Live Music Capital of the World and before I head out the door for some pillow time, I wanted to give y'all a glimpse of the MK6 in production.

It's the first and definitely a "learning curve"! Literally! A CURVE!!!

Anyway... Here ya go:

This is how we bend steel in Texas!

Just kidding! This is how we REALLY bend steel:

Splitting the tube:

Lower rails done!

Axle Plates on the CNC plasma...

Rails in place...

Cleaning those nasty axle plates!

Upper struts in place...

Turning a bearing cup...

Milling the VIN plate...

All together now...

Just so you know... In the following pictures, the head tube is NOT in it's final location!!!
