Start your Fuel injection project off the easy way. I've already modified the two outer throttle bodies from a running 2004 R6 to the correct spacing of the XS650. This was going to use a Microsquirt as the controller but didn't get that far.

Modifications include choke rail, fuel rail, spacers to get the correct TB spacing, extended sync arm and modified intakes.

The intakes were close but needed the bolt holes elongated slightly. They will work but aftermarket intakes would be better.

Fuel rail needs to be pressure tested before running, possibly redesigned. I used Fuel Injection Rated hose and clamps but it should be sleeved and Tig'd.

Yamaha R6's make 30 hp per cylinder. The XS650 makes 25 hp per cylinder. With the Microsquirt software you can change the size of the injection to accommodate anything from 20 to 70 hp per cylinder with the R6 injectors.

What you get:
Modified Throttle bodies w/injector pigtails
TPS
MAP Sensor and pigtail
R6 intakes
Anything Else I can find from the old R6 throttle body assembly

$100 plus shipping.
