Mono brake... death trap?

Everyone has their own opinion about brakes.

That's true but at the end of the day, the laws of physics rule.
There is no way a rear brake can give you the huge braking advantage of a front brake.
If I had to rely on only the rear brake of my XS650, I wouldn't ride it!

blah blah blah...if you read my original post you'd see that I have already installed a front brake so it's all good.
