I have ordered some stuff from them and it was a complete pleasure... When I ordered my Biltwell handlebars I thought I marked "no dimples" and received a e-mail from Jon checking to make sure which I wanted,,, I replied "no dimples" and a couple days later the package was at my door all with contents all nicely protected... Great group to deal with

i bought a set of forward controls and its been 8 days and still no package. im going to send them an email tonight.
