I'm surprised nobody has taken the crank yet. The rotor on it that is in the pic - a) is it included and b) have you tested the resistance?

Sadly I'm in Canada so shipping would be nuts - always good to have a spare rotor around and if it happens to have a crank attached to it, well all the better
