motor build up input

im go' to be rebuild'n a motor for my ACO bobber this fall and just wanted to get some input from u guys. I have both 72' and a 78' so one of those will be the starting point,
and im try'n not to go broke do'n it.
1st off it will be rephased, will be bored bigger then stock will be kick only with a pma, and pamco and will still run the amal carbs. what im ask for is the best motor that can be built with these things in mind.

or give me ur idea of the best build for an XS motor who knows what could happen

there's alot of cash in the parts in that mill. i should say im try'n to get a good motor for under $2500 that i can hotrod around alittle and still be relieable cuz this will be my main bike why i redo my ironhead sportster and 68' flh, and clean up my xs2 alittle(this come'n winters work)so my cash is mainly go'n to be in the restomod of my flh. but i still want to get the motor for this bike cleaned up and add a few Hp's why'll im in there
