Moving Petcocks on Tank, Need Help.

I live in Canton, Oh and I am trying to find someone who can modify the tank I want to put on my bike. Its a tank made for a Harley, when mounted on a Harley it lays flat, but on my 650 it is at an angle so I need to have spots for the dual petcocks added to the end of the tank. I have called all of bike shops I can find and no luck. I tried some welding shops, but the job seemed to small for them. So if any can direct me to someone in my area that can do this sort of thing that would be GREAT!!

I just had this guy weld up the frame of my jeep. Very professional and did a great job. He lives in Elyria, I just drove up to his house and dropped it off. Try a radiator repair shop. You were planning on having to repaint, right?
