I been thinking about getting into the powder coat thing myself. What brand gun/powder do you recommend? I was thinking about the Eastwood single volt, I'd only be using it for small parts nothing bigger then a peanut gas tank

I used one of those. It was ok for small stuff, but i started doing stuff for other people, and needed more control and durability. I bought one from columbia coatings called a kool koat 2.0 I like it. it is sufficient for my purposes.

Thanks, one more Q how far will 2lbs get me?

A half a pound will do an average bike frame well, including swingarm, maybe less than half. That will get you good coverage. But i tend to shoot a little heavy at times, depends on the color.

A little wiring, carbs, custom brake cable for the remote master, throttle and clutch cable. Not much, really.

And thanks. This house stuff sucks. Waiting on insurance to make a decision now.
