Unfortunately the adjusters that I bought don't show a part number, and were purchased originally on ebay sometime ago. I tried searching my purchase history with the details now gone for good.

Ignore the ridiculous price for this ad below (I paid $15 new + shipping for mine), but after research it appears to suit the Honda CB750.

Key points are that the CB750 adjuster will fit a 3/4" axle and has a 10mm gap.

you should post this great solution in a separate forum. it took me a minute to find a good answer to the spacing issue of a tc bros hardtail. love your bike by the way.
