Need help identifying parts.

So, I think I have found my next project. I already have a great rat bobber that runs great and is super reliable. Now that I know whats involved with getting an xs650 going, I feel comfortable taking on a new project.

I would like to build the following bike which has always had my attention. Any help on identifying parts would be really appreciated as I would like to stockpile and order some parts before starting.
For example, what type of throttle is being used? Front rotor? Shocks?
This will probably be a 2 year project for me to have fun with.

The front brakes are all Beringer, rotor too. Get ready drop some real cash for those parts. Snap, thats a nice looking system though.
