I have a very worthy candidate (72 XS-2) but I'm on the opposite coast from you unfortunately.
I believe you need to move your retirement to the northern Midwest. With the large supply of bikes and the very long winter, I believe you would stay very busy.
Still looking.
Almost finished my CB77. Still need another XS1/XS2/TX650 to rebuild. I have a lot of parts. Do not make me sell my XS650 parts.
