New Track Bike suzuki SV1000s

I traded one of my yamaha fz6's for a nice 2006 Suzuki SV1000s .It has alotta H.P. and torque ,Super Fast!!! I'll be taking it to New Orleans next weekend for a track day at the all new NOLA motorsports park and Mardi Gras.

Yes, the SV is great for racing as the vtwin engine has a ton of torque. A lot of people race them for fun. I bought one a while back that had been raced and even at 43,000 miles it is still dead reliable and plenty quick.

Nice bike. Im a huge fan of the sv's. Love the v-twin growl from a sport bike.

But I must disagree on one thing, not so much a track bike.
A 600 4 will rip it apart on a track.

None the less, looks fun!

You're probably right but it depends on the rider.But I know for sure the sv1000 v-twin is way more fun to ride.

I don't know about worrying about an I4, they would be in a different class. I don't know about where you are, but out here the SVs are pretty popular for racing.

Very cool man, my next bike project is my track bike. I've got 90% of the parts together for it, just need to build the frame! Should be ready by mid summer hopefully!
