How much for just a mounting bracket? Need one of these, but all the sheet I have is way too thick.

I don't actually know to me honest. All I was told is that for the head light to comply here it has to be E-Class and have a high and low beam.

Well it uses a very common modern dual filament automotive bulb. 9003/H4 I believe, I don't see why it wouldn't comply. The actual lamp portion of the headlight looks like it's made by General Electric and it's got all sorts of markings and codes on the lens. They look like compliance codes/model designations.

If you want it, I only have one left so there's not much more times for questions.
