newbie from minneapolis mn needs help with hardtail welding

Im new to this forum and im getting excited to start my project. I have an 81 xs that I pretty much tore down completely, as I was waiting for my hardtail to show up. My hardtail finally showed up and its time to get it done(its the ardtail from ardcore). so my question is, is there anyone that can point me in the direction of an experienced welder/fab/hardtail guy here in mn that can help me out? I can weld, but mediocre at best and this is my ass on the line if the welds break, not to mention Id like to make sure everything is straight as an arrow. thanks guys
