Those plugs don't look too bad. The jetting is probably very close. If it was off a lot, the plugs would be all black (too rich) or really white (too lean). But, one of the first rules of jetting is that when you think you're good, try the size above and below what you're running to verify it. Obviously, you wouldn't go smaller, but trying one up on the mains and pilots probably wouldn't hurt. See what that does for running and the plug color. It's what is usually done when you add pipes and pods. Depending how free flowing the exhaust is, it may even like 2 steps up on the mains better. But, being so close, don't skip around like that, only go one size at a time.
