I was just wondering if you could tell me how wide of a tire I could go with the conversion kit?

I currently have a 18 rear?

Any advice?

The conversion kit actually has nothing to do with how wide your tire might be. It only provides a mechanism for using a front wheel on the back, to match wheel diameters, etc.
The tire width is dictated by what you can safely put on the rim width you have (check on the tire mfrs websites for their recommendations), and the room in-between the sides of the swingarm.
