Petcok blind off Question

I installed an XS750 fuel tank on my '83 Heritage. The tank has dual fuel outlets and my Heritage has a single fuel line.

Questions:
1. Where can I buy a blind off plate?
2. Should I buy two petcocks and T them together to the single carb feed?

1. easy to make one, it's just a piece of flat metal strap with two holes in it backing up a proper gasket
2. depends, does the tank have a tunnel hump that won't allow the fuel to cross over? if it does you'll be visiting the gas station with your tank still partly full
