Heading down to PDC 2nd. week of May and really want to do some fly fishing while there.. Has anyone been down there? Have any recomendations on fishing guides??? Any help would be awesome...

Been to PdC 3 times, it is beautiful. Never been fishing there but have drunk 'mas cerveza'. You want Cuban cigars? Take the ferry to Cozumel and look for the big statues of Fidel puffing a stogie.

If you have never been to Mexico, a word of warning: everything's pretty cool along the coast. If you go more than about 5 miles inland, things change to basically lawless in a hurry except around tourist traps such as the Mayan ruins. Also, the Mexican federales (federal police) carry M16's and are not afraid to use them.

Cubans are over-rated. I had a few while in Europe. Only reason why we Americans think their great is because they are hard to get here. not really hard if you know where to look.

I'll take a Rocky Patel any day. 90 or 92. I prefer a vintage 92
