PMA with 74tx650 oem wiring, Help please

I'm just looking for a little guidance here. after installing the pma the rear brake light switch no longer works but the hydraulic front brake switch does. i also believe that the dummy lights on the dash are no longer working (brake lining, stop lamp) any ideas? does the safety relay need to be wired into the pma for these things to work? everything else is working great.

Any help would be appreciated.
