Okay guys...think I've got the theme figured out. So I'd like to not powdercoat everything w/ a brass looking finish (the parts I want to be brass), so post your links to brass anything.

Petcocks, bolts/nuts, risers, etc. I needs me some brass for the sake of...brass.

Brass rivets can be made by heating the tip of brazing rod until it starts to melt. I have a brass belt buckle with rivets done this way. Holes were drilled and the rivets are used to hold a red copper piece on the front. The rivets were hammered from teh back to upset and secure the rivets. These brass rivets look great when they are used to hold together a contrasting metal like steel or aluminum.
