putting a +6 springer on my XS

I just bought a '81 XS from a guy that started to make it a bobber but lost interest. The frame has been streched and a hard tail was installed. I found a sweet deal on a +6 DNA springer. As far as I can tell the neck hasn't been raked. Does anyone know how to tell if it was raked, and how much rake do I need to install the springer. This is my first build in 40 years of riding, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Dna is junk. Good for scrap metal. Save your money and finish the bike.
