Putting cases back together, O-ring?

Im getting ready to put my cases back together. Any help would be much appreciated.

Im using a Clymer manual. On page 89, it show a O-ring as #20 on the diagram. I cant find an O-ring or where an o-ring would go. Any idea where this is located?

I think you'll see the little red o-ring there on the right. I think that's #20.
