Putting in Pamco, what can come out?

I have a 1981 XS650 and I'm getting ready to put in a Pamco kit from Mikes and I'm wondering what can be removed (and sold to a sucker ). Also I'm not entirely sure where the TCI components are located (newb, I know) so help there would be nice too

The tci box is bolted to the bottom of the batttery box, and the pickup coil is bolted to the stator.
