Picked up a spare set of carbs from an 83. Cleaning them now and noticed there is no rubber plug over the pilot jet - should there be one??

Yes there should be a plug. I believe you can order them as a part though.

I figured they should be there, looks like they fell apart and pieces are in the bowls. I'm ordering carb kits anyways, start fresh. Thanks.
