Raising the rear end

So I see a lot of people on google and random forums that want to lower their bike, can't find anyone that wants to raise it though, haha. My question is, is it possible to raise the rear end of my bike through adjustment a decent amount? Or should I just go out and buy taller shocks for the rear end...

Theres no way to "adjust" the rearend higher. Taller shocks are the only way to go. The only adjustment is spring preload.
