If you can adapt a front mag to run on the rear of a street tracker can you adapt a "16 rear mag to the front of a bobber? And what's involved?
 
Why? Sounds like a lotta dinking around just to put a heavy fat tire on the front of your bike and kill your performance at the same time. Oh yeah and it looks like trash but that's just my opinion. The part about it wrecking your performance isn't debatable tho.

Adding unsprung weight to a bike is an utterly awful idea. Might as well just detune the bike. Same effect, but cheaper. The picture busheye linked looks like a 16" hub mated to drum front brake from older xs maybe.
 
That could also be a SR500 hub on that bobber. But yes, it is a silly idea from a performance or engineering perspective. I actually prefer skinny tyres on choppers and bobbers.
