rear disc brake with a seized hose bolt. Had to drill it. Still a chunk in there but I may have hit the threads.
So what are my options? Can I drill and tap for a larger bolt? Will a front caliper work on the rear? I have an extra. Upgrade the rear caliper from another bike?

If you have it drilled to the threads you can maybe collapse it with center punch?

Yes, I'm pretty sure a front caliper will work on the rear. They have the bleed nipple and hose attachment point in the same spots.
