Rear Drum to Disc Conversion

Hey all, New guy here. I'm picking up a 1976 XS650 next week. I want to replace the rear drum brake with a disc set up. I'm sure it must have been done before. Anyone care to enlighten me as to what all I'll need?

Thanks Skull,

That's exactly what I was looking for. Looks like the frame in post #25 is where I'll be heading.

I have a Radian or TX750 swingarm in mind.

Now to source the spoke rear hub and all of the necessary brake components.
