Rebuild or Replace Vacuum Petcock

Roundblack, at first glance at the parts fiche I don't see what's missing from the kit. But there are several sets of fiches for '78 for some reason. Maybe you have another version of petcock?

z1 Enterprises sent me a package labeled as K&L 18-2697, however it does not have the pieces pictured in the link above. The items in the pictures are what I need, but not what I got.
